Terms of Service:-

Singh Isotech Pvt. Ltd. provides Electrical Safety, Energy Audit, Fire Audit, and Structural Audit services based on data collected on-site for 1 to 2 days. The resultant report, based on this limited data collection period, highlights our findings and recommendations but does not guarantee safety before, during, or after the audit. Electrical and fire incidents can occur at any time, regardless of our audit. Singh Isotech Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any faults, hazards, or incidents that occur before, during, or after our services. Our audit can only identify potential points of concern, and we do not guarantee the identification or rectification of all possible hazards. We do not undertake any rectification work, and the responsibility for addressing identified points lies solely with the client. The report has no specific validity period and should be considered as a snapshot of the conditions observed during the audit. Our services and report are advisory in nature, and the client must independently verify and implement any recommendations. Singh Isotech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of our audit report.

No payment shall be stopped or withheld due to client satisfaction, as client satisfaction is a subjective matter and should not affect payment. Singh Isotech Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of the audit report, and disclaims any liability for errors or omissions. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Singh Isotech Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of our services or report.

Our services do not include continuous monitoring or follow-up, and any actions taken based on our recommendations are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the client. The client must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Any legal action arising from our services must be pursued in the Gurugram court jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
